Diagnostic Overview

Within the following survey, you will spend about 10 to 15 minutes evaluating your mastery and the importance of core CHRO activities. The five core CHRO roles and their foundation are based on the Model of a World-Class CHRO: Chapter 2 which stems from the work of the CHRO Global Leadership Board (see model below). Sample activities include planning and supporting CEO and C-Level Succession, driving culture and purpose, and maximizing senior team effectiveness.

Upon completion of the survey, you will immediately receive a personalized report detailing your strengths and development opportunities based on your responses.

Additionally, you will also receive guidance and questions for reflection to help you act on your results. These recommendations come directly from the experiences and expertise of CHRO Global Leadership Board members.
