Welcome to the 2019 Tribal IT Spending and Staffing Assessment

TribalHub in partnership with Garter Inc. is launching an annual IT benchmarking survey starting in January 2019. We need you to participate to gain insights from the survey results for your decision making, and also build the body of knowledge for Tribal Organization’s IT metrics and benchmarks. The 2019 survey is a high level look at IT spending and allocations for IT Service Desk, Applications, Infrastructure and Security. Additionally, this survey provides questions about the role of IT, and the business value of IT.

2019 Survey Period: 1 Feb - 30 Mar 2019

This survey is designed to generate Tribal relevant data. The results can be leveraged to:
1. Plan your IT budget with relevant facts and metrics to justify your IT spending and staffing costs.
2. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and investment prioritization.
3. Use data to improve dialogue and align with business units and the board.
4. Select the right mix of in-sourcing and outsourcing at fair-market prices and service levels available today
