The purpose of this survey is to determine the representation of women in Supply Chain roles at different levels in your organization, and to highlight specific activities companies are engaged in to better attract, develop, retain and advance women in supply chain organizations.

As a token of our appreciation, you may choose to receive one of these Gartner reports, upon completion of the survey:

 Depending on your familiarity with the organization you work for, the survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
